I think that is in reference to his bonus's as part of his 3 year ELC that he signed. He can literally get the same 4 bonus's next year and the year after if he continues with these sorts of numbers

Those are Schedule A bonuses, as I am not on twitter it cuts out on me, but there is some discussion in the comments on Schedule B bonuses, that I couldn't read about.

i am not super familiar with the CBA, so i really just leave all of that stuff to Ryan Biech to figure out. I saw those comments as well, but I believe he maxes out on allotted bonus $ if he hits all 4 of his A, I think anyway.

He's been playing professional hockey for five full seasons now... San Jose washed there hands of him after three. He's not a fresh faced kid getting his first oppurtunity. He's been gifted first line minutes most of the season and he's had every coach on the team take him aside for one on one coaching ...pretty much game by game. He ain't got it ...he ain't getting it... and for this team to continue moving forward his position on the top 6 requires a serious upgrade.
I guess we will see what management thinks on this topic ... I don't think he's on this team come next season.

He’s played 20+ minutes twice, and from his game log I’d say his average is about 15. Not exactly 1st line.

Last season, Brock maxed on his his bonuses, and they were at 850k, Elias, has his bonuses at 2.85 million, so he must be eligible for other benchmarks.
Sometimes, certain benchmarks are not disclosed, so we may never know what that are.

Kuzzi is brilliant - Columbus is desperate to trade Werenski for boeser. No worries, our top winger will be Leivo

I just checked capfriendly.

Performance Bonuses are broken into 2 categories: Schedule A and Schedule B. Schedule A Bonuses may not exceed $212,500 per individual bonus, and $850,000 in total. There are two types of Schedule B Bonuses. League-wide award/trophy bonuses that are paid by the league and are not captured within the actual entry-level contract signed by the player, and player & club agreed upon bonuses, of which the maximum is $2million per season.

I don't think that's quite correct.

Schedule A bonuses are defined in the CBA.
Schedule B are divided between league paid and team negotiated/paid.

The league pays for hardware collected (Calder, art ross, Hart etc.) but the team can negotiate individual benchmarks as well (goals, wins, playoffs etc.) Those are paid by the team and count against the cap. The league bonuses don't count against the cap. The schedule B bonuses can't exceed 2m.

This is my understanding at least
