They probably need 7 wins out of the remaining 10 games to make it so, no!! Hell, I'll be surprised if they score 7 goals in those 10 games |

i think Julien is beyond criticism for player selection on the power play. he can put Nate Thompson between Jordie Benn and Christian Folin with Annti Niemi and Nicolas Deslauriers at the point. it literally would not make a difference, outside of maybe being less likely to give up a shorthanded opportunity. |

If they win the next 2, and Columbus and Carolina lose, then it'll be a totally different narrative. It's a stretch, but they aren't completely done yet |

You're right, they're not... but the way things have been going combined with their schedule, especially the last 5 games on the calendar, it's not looking too promising |

the problem is not the math. it's the fact that they are playing terrible hockey. |

True, and that terrible kind of hockey surely isn't helping the math either. The whole team is in an offensive drought, someone needs to step up |

Or they could just fold and get a better draft pick. At this point I don't really give a poop. |

They're good at 5 on 5 so when they go on the power play, dont even have a power play... just keep rolling the same lines, do t try to set up, just keep.doing what you're doing.... |

Isn't it a bit too late to try to compete with the mediocrity of other teams who have been losing for a while now? |

Think this is a good time to point out the following:
Yo-L Armia has never scored a PP goal.
Not one. |
