hawks played ok...certainly enough quality chances; the kid goalie was very good and did not give many second opps.; saad had to great chances and NO...

both team were sloppy defensively and poor puck management...

all of sudden the hawks high octane offensive sputter and pp is back in the gutter with a sterling 1-23...woof woof.

they needed this game BIG TIME...

Close one ,Hart made some nice saves .Makes them look easy ,could be a star in the making .A great Goalie in Philly ,never happen

I could see that happening. In my book, the season was highjacked by not canning Q long before they did. And, certainly the eventual timing of it caused the worst possible result. Try to learn an entirely new system. Good luck with that. The idiots.

Best kind of season. They win and they get have a chance to get closer to the possibility of the PO. Lose and they get a better draft position.

The kid goalie saw every puck and didn’t have to move to get many of them.

I don’t recall a single open net for the Hawks tonite.

And the only breakaway - or even odd-man - was Kampf’s on the PK.

I agree on the Gudas thing. It's ridiculous that the NHL hasn't done anything to get rid of that type of after-whistle BS. Kunitz was complete finished with the play and didn't cause any scrum near the goalie. Gudas had no reason to grab Kunitz around the head and start the ruckus. He should have gotten penalized for instigating or roughing because that was blatantly what it was.

I've always hated that crap after the whistle and weak players like Gudas who ignite situations that could cause an injury.
