yeah I am 29 and my body is so sore lately.. i mean i go to the gym 5 days a week and play hockey once a week currently, but still i feel sore all the time and i never used to. I don't know if its just me getting older or if there is actually something wrong with me. I have been eating a lot better lately, so i am in a caloric deficit and im doing cardio a few times a week as well, so that could be why too. Getting older sucks

I turned 40 this year and suddenly got high blood pressure. God damn 30 was awesome.
