I agree (except for the Great Big Sea part)! I just searched "top Canadian songs" to try and find some Canadian Content for my band to learn. Looking for some inspiration.
We played our 1st full gig on St. Patty's day! A lot of work leading up to it and now I'm hoping to fill the hopper with new tunes to learn as we slow down a bit.

That clip you posted awhile back sounded good. Kinda with you on GBS, really love songs like The Night Paddy Murphy Died, but they are hit or miss.

DQ said Kreider and Staal missed practice with new, lower body injuries. Fast is still bothered by the same injury he’s been dealing with, and it is possible, given where the Rangers are and what is (or isn’t) at stake, he could be shut down the rest of the way.

Thanks, man! It's been really fun. And we have seen quite a bit of improvement since the early days. Shoulda started this 30 years ago!! lol.
I hope to have some recordings from last weekend soon. Straight from the board! If I deem any of them internet worthy, I'll put up some links.

I think they put something in the ice cream. If you think about it, it's like 5 bucks for a moderate serving of ice cream and crumbled toppings, we all (rightfully so) don't even blink buying this.

This will sound rather Fenrir-esque, but I make my own.
My wife and daughter gave me an ice cream maker for Christmas a couple of years ago (kind of like me giving them new skates in my size, but...). It is great stuff! Use fresh fruit. Nothing comes close.
