Teabagging a coffee cup, that's definitely not for coffee drinkers

Hot take:

People who cram their coffee full of cream and sugar don't actually like coffee.

- TheMussel

I drink it black

With one cream

Or

With Bailey’s every once in a while

I like them all the same.

Have you tried having actual good coffee...?
- lumlums

Although I'm technically correct about it being dirty bean water, I'm just joking.

But I don't like any hot drinks.

That's coffee flavoured sweet milk. I like coffee purito.

I'm just coming off years of caffeine addiction where I hammered back a firetruck ton of coffee every day. Had to stop doing that and make it more of an occasional thing. So now for sure when I have coffee it's gonna be the good stuff.

Double double people think Tim's is good because you could serve my peepee double double and not tell the difference.

You could double double dip your peepee into the double double and it'd probably not make it worse...

I drink almost as much Coffee as I drink water. I think it's just a Finnish thing. Coffee all day, coffee after every meal, when you have company, at the market, at the bar, for no reason, the list goes on.

Oh yeah.

Now fruit tea is often bad, but that's because the fruit oils that smell so good are not water soluble. A good ceylon, sencha or genmaicha though is fantastic

I was exactly like that. I'm half Danish lol. Transitioned away from it recently, but I'll never entirely leave my dark master.

Yup.

The amount of coffee drinking that goes on in research/academia is absurd. I've tried cutting myself down to two cups (each about 16oz) a day, but there are literally some days that I can't face without a third cup. Often working ridiculous hours definitely doesn't help in that regard...

I'm exploring tea now that my hot drink regiment is not entirely coffee. Mostly green tea, especially matcha. But I also like chai, earl grey, mint blends. Or just good old grated ginger in hot water. A cinnamon stick in a cup of hot water is also surprisingly amazing.

Genmaicha is my go to most days - it's sencha green tea with roasted brown rice (what most sushi restaurants serve) and it's (frank)ing delicious
