My top 3 are rated pretty equally, so, I would feel fine taking any of the top 3 in any spot.
I lean towards the defenseman in this case.

Kakko, you've gotta take the best player available and a big scoring LW'er is also something that's badly needed on this team.

Trading back a couple spots, which is not uncommon, to acquire another 2nd round pick and taking Byram would be another option.
