Nope. JJ's agent has a picture of Sully and JR (frank)ing a sheep or something. Only way to explain the contract and his overuse. |

Had to have been a sick ostrich. It’d take more than two guys to (frank) an ostrich. |

So we were discussing who the best classic rock band was here a little while back...I said Zeppelin...I just became aware of the fact that Zeppelin had 87 songs...
Coincidence? I think not. |

Which ones do you think they stole?
I mean Page brought open tunnings (guitar) and eastern influences into a lot of it.
Their first two albums are very bluesy and lets be honest, blues are extremely recycled...when Zepp 3 hit though that's when they really became their own animal. |

Personally I’m a big fan of Zeppelin but I wa just (frank)ing with you. But there are a lot of similarities between their jams and other musicians.

The biggest culprit in my opinion is stairway to heave vs Taurus by Spirit. |

Yeah, but you’re not wrong about the classification . Anything 20 years old is classic rock. |

First time I saw this list...and it kinda goes with what I said. The first two albums are either covers or songs that sound a lot like other blues songs. THen when the 3rd album hits and after not near as much cover or similarities. That song Tauras does have a similar guitar passage there but overall Stairway is very different in structure and sound...plus lyrics. The last 4 albums arnt even on this list.

Oh don’t get me wrong I agree with you. I wasn’t really serious and I do think most artists borrow from others anyways. Nothing is really original. And I love Zeppelin. Prefer Floyd to Zeppelin but I like both. Classic rock was all I listened to in college. Bunch of pot and shrooms got me through that.

My favorite bands/artists in high school were Pantera, Metallica, Zeppelin and Hendrix and thats how I tought myself guitar, learning all that stuff.
Love Floyd as well. Dark Side was on repeat around me years ago haha. |

I did that whole shrooms while you play dark side to wizard of oz lol
It’s amazing what you think is “cool” at different ages.
Sabbath is my favorite, and I definitely prefer Floyd to Zep. Bowie is my #2 |

How many Strat's do you have? An American Strat is on my list of things to buy when everything's paid off. I love the tone and playability of that guitar. I've always been a fan of Slash, but man those Les Pauls are beasts. I was a huge Fan of Dimebag too. I can't stand his Deans though. So ugly |
