I'd be more nervous if I was Winnipeg. Tampa can try and package some pieces to move out a contract or two like Ryan Callahan's or a veteran dman making to much. That Cernak has been playing great for them IMO.

Its ok to lose talented players yearly due to cap and continually having a quality talent pipeline if you are winning cups.
