You talking Saad-Toews-Sikura? They have been decent and I must admit Sikura is getting better and better recently.

Idk why that line was ever broken up in the first place

Whatever game it was we decided to load 19 and 88 back together and mess up the lines we had clicking was the game we started losing offensive momentum. Forgot which game it was. But that top line specifically looked good as did 88 with AA and Kahun and obviously the Strome line.

Please keep things like that to start next season. Gives us depth.

If we can somehow move Seabrook and bring back Panarin to replace Kahun on the Kane line then even better.

Dude! The odds are better that we win the draft lottery than we can somehow move Seabrook, let alone move Seabrook AND bring back Panarin. Besides, if we win the lottery I'd rather have Hughes or Kakko on their ELC for 3 years than Panarin making whatever he's going to end up getting.

Idk about the source (Adrian Dater) so take it with a grain of salt. He said there is a good chance that Panarin will be an Avalanche on July 1st.

I'm glad that won't be our cap problem, but I would not like to see him go to a divisional rival.

I am so sick of seeing the defense, Keith especially, playing shinny in front of Crawford. Guys like Hertl have a monster game because they know going to the net is without risk against the hawks. FFS, someone move a (frank)ing guy out of the crease before they have 5 whacks at the goalie.

They can move Panarin to any team, but if there's no Kane to feed him, he's not a deadly force. They surrounded him with at least as good a players as the Avs have, and I don't see them as a really tough team. The Avs will be tougher next year because they're getting that first round pick from the Sens. And, it always seems like teams with the shiny new toy get energized.

Only 3 teams in the league (LAK, NJD, Ottawa) have played more games without getting a point than they’ve played getting a point - in other words, more than half their games have been losses in regulation.

Marketing genius: fans of even bad teams can cheer a “participation trophy” in more than half their teams’ games - even after an overtime loss, they can feel “good” about - well, they got a point....

Hughes or Kappo to Colorado, Panerin to Denver - would help end the “one line team” mantra.

But even without Landeskog and Rantanen, they’ve played well enough to be in position to play postseason.

Yeah, Panarin isn't the player to carry a team. I don't watch CBJ, but I wouldn't call him the star there.

If Win can effectively manage their cap and stay competitive, and Nash will be competitive (just not a winning team) I'd throw the Aves up there. They will be good.

Agree with both statements. I feel like the remaining teams in contention for the WC2 spot don't really want it because they know they will get smoked in round 1.

Colliton, asked about Perlini: He’s got to be more active, he has to skate, he has to get to full speed away from the puck, has to use his body to win battles....

Hopefully it clicks soon for this guy. Nothing new, but he can be really good when he does what JC suggests. Would be great to count on him as part of the solution going forward.

They might just need to hook him up like Alex in Clockwork Orange and make him watch Free Solo for 72 hrs straight.

Because of that scene, I can not ever watch that movie again.
