Terry Pegula: "Management teams tend to fare better. Look at the Patriots, with Belichick and Brady. It's like breakfast. It's like Tim Hortons." - gerbe75pts
Like many others, I have no idea what the hell the multi-billionaire means with this quote.

No offense to you, but you have no clue as to what he means because, A) you didn't read the whole quote and, B) Mr. Begnini didn't provide you with the whole quote - Powerslave

Fair enough.
Here it is:
"Yeah, we talked about consistency," Terry Pegula said. "You look around both leagues, the National Hockey League and the National Football League, and the teams that have the consistent management teams seem to fare better. I always say like the Patriots, with (Bill) Belichick and (Tom) Brady, it's like going to McDonald's and getting your coffee in the morning. It's the same. Or Tim Hortons. You know what you're going to get every morning and those guys, they've been together so long, they're hard to compete against."

Quite possibly the stupidest thing anyone alive has ever said. What does this even mean, seriously.

Pretty cut and dried to me.
Whether it's a bad example or not (let's face it, he's not the most eloquent speaker), you understand what he means.
No asking me at 6pm on Friday night if we’re serving food while I have plates of wings in my hands is the stupidest thing anyone alive has ever said. - dadeadhead

I was training a girl once who asked me which button on the gun was soda water
Just need people that punch people in the face and work hard - gerbe75pts
The problem is because it almost worked once 20 years ago they think it may work again. But totally forget that that team had maybe the best goalie ever.
