Is there a reason this is solely directed at me,
and not the guy who keeps bashing ROR?
If he wanted to defend Mitts,
all he had to say was that he was a rookie who will get better
No need to bring ROR into
Especially when it’s a dumb argument to try & defend the lack of scoring this year bc we had a lack of scoring the year before as well
Um... we all knew that
Doesn’t make the disappointing play of Mitts (and MANY others) this season better
It’s still disappointing - jdfitz77
I agree we never booed before the game, but it sure as hell did not take long after the start most nights.... I give thanks to Lehner really, he may be the sole reason why we have Dahlin right now. I am also glad to see that he is mentally healthy and not Dependent on anything.... - hehateme
But he expect us not to boo when we were losing/not playing well?
I don’t think the fans were unreasonable at all
And what’s he doing reading the paper anyways?
Yeah, the media criticized them...
Bc they stunk!
I didn’t even read the paper here
Wtf was he doing dwelling on it?
And if he “doesn’t care about what anyone in Biffalo says anymore”
Then why’s he talking about it?!
It’s like Sbroads giving me crap for defending ROR,
when he can’t stop bashing him 😂😂😂

The building is a morgue and sucks to play in as a home town team. Yes their play sucked but even earlier this year when they were good the building was so so during games.
It's easy for us to ignore it (we aren't the ones getting written about or talked about), not so sure about the athletes that get written about daily - Stripes77
You have watched them play over the past 5 years right?
Collectively they have sucked historically badly, played half-a$$ed, repeat mistake after mistake, and displayed so little skill, it is barely NHL level. Literally.
All the while most are making multiples of millions playing out the string.
But the fans still keep coming hoping for some sign of life.
You know it is bad when Gerbe has thrown the towel in.

Right
How about saying “thanks for coming out, even though we sucked night after night”
Way to place the blame on the fans & media
The atmosphere sucked...
Bc they RARELY gave us much to cheer about
EVERYONE in the national media frequently mentions how dedicated Buffalo sports fans are and how we just want a winner
And gives us credit for our dedication
It’s really simple
When u win/play well... fans cheer
When u lose... they don’t
This is true EVERYWHERE
Be consistently good and exciting, and it's not a problem. Lehner was caught in a depression and alcoholism spiral. I'm sure he felt like the whole world was caving in on him. It also seems clear that he accepts no responsibility for his role. I wish he would shut up and move on - jcragcrumple
Yeah, we're swimming in disposable income from all of the high-paying jobs in the area.
By the time we get to the game, all we can think about is our heaps of money, and whether it's gaining enough ROI in our well-diversified portfolios - jcragcrumple
I meant Rich Millennials Athletes.... I mean no harm by it, it is what it is. Athletes and a lot of Millennials that I know have a sense of entitlement to them. Its like "how dare you boo me no matter how poorly i am playing" That poop just don't fly with me.. I hate the way that generation is and it really started with My generation so I guess I am to blame.
It started with the participation trophies. No losers everyone is a winner...
My man got paid millions of dollars to drink, not take care of himself, and suck ass at his job, but WE’RE the problem? Ok Robin. Cheers!!! - Khmylev
Buffalo is the most self conscious sports town in the world. The guy spoke truth, just like ROR and countless others. Buffalo fans are kind of the worst. They will turn on you and run you out of town and then when that player speaks up, they get all bent out of shape and defensive. Being a player in Buffalo is like being in an abusive relationship that doesn't end once the relationship is over.

Millennial comment aside, complaining about fans in a working class city when you make 6+ figures to play a game, but you cant because you're too hungover, is a B!tch move.
Lehner sucked, as did the rest of the team. And the people who had to get up and work 8 hours the next morning let them know it.
Fk that guy.
