So where does Tage rank on this scale? Honestly.
- PrinceChill

He doesn’t. He is exempt because he is a super sniper that totally made ROR expendable. Haven’t you read Crooked Broadary’s takes on here? Goal scoring isn’t this team’s problem, goaltending is.

They want the coach fired? Glad our GM was convincing the owner that they aren’t that good during a 10 game winning streak then does nothing to make them better. Mr. Play-it-safe is such a putz. Get him out of here. He created an embarassment. GMTM and Bylsma got fired for better when coming out of a tank.

Olofsson is a positive going into next season.

Nylander is still up in the air

- sbroads24

If you play him with Adult League line mates, what do you expect!

Just checked standings. Blues clinched playoff berth. Have a shot at division. Doug Armstrong’s admin assistant better get on that edible arrangements delivery to PSE and Botts. Throw in a bag of Tostitos. We got a good one.

Only hope is for Blues to get ousted in Round 1 so their pick is 20 or less so we can retain it.

Idk what’s happening in Winnipeg but they have been terrible the past month. The blues are within 2 points of winning the Central.

Good, maybe Trouba gets fed up and signs a OS with us!

Actually, an OS for a Tier 1 player this year would cripple the Sabres much needed pipeline.
They are probably at least 1 likely 2 years away from geing in position to do so.

Now lesser players where the payback is much less...maybe.

In a contract year no less. He was looking like the Finnish Ovi his first two seasons and is just having a rough go at it this year. Until he can prove he’s more then a one dimensional goal scorer he’s going to have a tough time getting paid. However looking at his first two years you can see the potential he has when the light comes on for him.

Pretty sure it has to be 19 or less 20th and the ducks can take it I thought I read.

Final trade is going to be

Guhle
And
O'Reilly

For
Montour
Thompson
Sobotka
And a 2021 2nd round pick

I'd rather have Guhle and O'Reilly

Lets assess this in 2 years and you may or may not have the same answer. You also forgot to mention we are picking top 5 this year as a result of this as well and that player alone could impact this team more then any of the aforementioned players that were moved out or acquired as a result of that trade.

I'd rather take an 18 year old future core piece over the 27 year old that is already declining.

I can't wait until the (frank)ing letters 'R' and 'O' are no longer talked about on this site.

Like that guy would have made a difference to this sorry group.

He is implying that the Blues first rounder that we received in the ROR deal would be the one going to the Ducks in the Montour trade along with Guhle.

Valid question though. We still dont know as of yet where that Blues pick will fall either although it is getting more and more likely that they will be picking in the 20-31 range,

going to suck if they are 20th.... if they do I hope they climb a lot so its closer to the Sharks pick at least it won't hurt so much.

Sabres have to stop placing conditions on trades.
They seem to lose everyone.

E Kane worked out.

I don’t mind conditions if they’re required to make a deal happen. More important is to pick the right guy when it’s your turn and develop him properly. I’m just tired of getting hung up on exactly which slot they end up.
