No one... including you... thought we’d drop this far down the standings

They broke me I was 100% sure they be in the top 5 of the draft ( hated the ROR deal)
But then they made me Believe Took my heart and stabbed it 4 million times |

Good (frank)ing riddance. It'll be tough to replace their 12 combined goals, but maybe we'll stumble on one competent player who can manage that insurmountable feat - jcragcrumple
Just bring back Pouliot he'll be well rested after his year off |

I’m not disputing your wanting us to tank
But at the time...
u were arguing to get a Top10 pick
That’s way, way different than a Top5 pick that you’re now going on about
Of course if i (and anyone) knew that we’d drop all this way down then we’d see the value |

I liked Ruff
I figured he’d be coach until they transitioned him into Upper Management
Something like Team President or Asst GM
I wonder if they consider bringing him back in some role? |

Eichel has been here four years now. He simply is not on the level of his peers at this point. You can all toot his horn until next fall - it doesn't matter. He could have had a higher shooting percentage earlier in the year yeah
And all those draft picks Murray traded could have been used to take the wrong player like we always do aside from the obvious 2nd overall two times and a blatant number 1 pick.
Sorry. He just has not cut it here. I don't care about McDavid and Draisaitl. Good for Edmonton. Who knows why that team can't push for the 8th spot at this point. I point 100% to goaltending for them at this point. They basically have Crosby/Malkin but no Fluery.
Ullmark is bad. He is not good. Hutton is a flash in the pan and I could see him being the backup for the next 2 years here before I can see Ullmark starting for this team.
Eichel, Reinhart are young vets. Skinner, who knows at this point. Larsson, Girgensons are both RFA, and honestly, can stay as 4th liners. Rodriguez, too but he needs to finish on his chances and stay as a 3rd/4th line/PK'er. So, again, middle-6 is our problem. Hopefully, Olofsson/Mittelstadt/Nylander can be a legit 2nd line next year and we just need a 3rd line. I really don't see Okposo going anywhere and I'm calling it -next year if he is on this team, he scores 20 goals on 2nd-line PP and 3rd line minutes. We draft high and there's only one more guy in the middle-6 you need to find. If the team doesn't look like that up front next year then this organization is truly lost.
And I did say Eichel has had a season only a step above Derek Roy at this point. I do not think Derek Roy is "just as good as" Eichel, so gtfoh with that crap and actually read what I type. I am not impressed with him if I'm being completely honest. He should have had this season last year but he was too worried about it being his team and crying over a god damn letter on his jersey just like that other wanker ROR did and management couldn't figure it out because they are incompetent idiots who over-react to everything just like the moron fan-base does so in a literal sense, they are god damn perfect for Buffalo at this point. Holy crap, the black man looked at my daughter's ass, how dare he have a penis, get him out of here!
All hockey players are entitled little douche bags and everyone knows it, so forget all the excuses and actually realize Jack Eichel never took over a game after the team went on a run, played just good enough to lose, had a few games shy of a full season to be a top-10 player in the league and didn't, despite the ludicrous excuses that we are a one-line team and got shut down, and is supreme d!ck-head number-1 in the locker room, no questions asked.
The team is flat and lifeless and they have no more excuses. It should have been figured out and it better be this summer or sh!t is going to absolutely hit the fan within this organization. |

What the hell is Barkov's excuse down in Florida? What the hell kind of a team do they have around him? 90+ points. A 70-year old goalie. Piss boy and the geezer on defense and Aye-aye-ron "one too many head-injuries" Ekblad so tell me, other than Huberdeau, what team does he have that he put up 90+ points playing in a swamp?

I’d take Huberdeau over Skinner or Reinhart. The Panthers also had the #1 PP this year run by Yandle. Barkov is a special player. I’d take Barkov over Matthews or Eichel right now tbh. |
