You're right, division isn't happening. But they gave it a hell of a run. Considering we all though they'd be battling for Hughes, I'd call it quite the successful season.

Agreed. If I was an Isles fan I'd be ecstatic at the year they've had. Everyone counted them out to start the season. Good for them. Playoff hockey at Nassau is pretty great.

Personally I'm done with the tavares thing, he left it's done I'm concerned about the isles. Idc if he scores 50 goals 100 points that's really not my concern. We lost last night he scored it's a hockey game and hes a great player it was gonna happen now can we all let this go? Boo him sure want to kill the leafs yea but this day to day poop is tiring and it's worse on Twitter.

Need a pens loss here in the next three and the isles to win out to get 2nd and the caps to lose again next game for a shot at 1st. To me the loss last night sucked because they didn't have a lot of jump against a rival in a game they needed to help secure home ice. Florida is very beatable but they can score a lot and have a killer pp let's hope this team can get a win next game to avoid a wildcard spot as well

Could probably do with trashy Islander fans making total (frank)heads out of themselves in public on a regular basis. The video of that guy screaming at him while he was in the penalty box last night is so unbelievably embarrassing (mainly for him). The News12 video morons and the snake/jersey throwers should all be loaded into a rocketship and shot directly into a steel wall.

I don't like the guy, but I'm over it. I had my fun and now he's just another player on another team.

It's more than time to move on. Isles owners never should have let JT walk for nothing. They need to take most of the blame. Hopefully the Isles can still finish 2nd.

Who cares let people have their fun at his expense as long as they don’t cross the line. There’s not a group of people on this planet I can give a (frank)s less what they think about the islanders then Canadian hockey fans or their media.

I'm hoping we play the pens in the 1st round in think Columbus gets wc1 and that's a very tough matchup and they are really playing good right now have better d and a better goalie than the pens.

We all knew eventually that the leafs would beat them and that JT would score. Heck he will probably score a lot more against them. What really sucks is the loss. Need to get home ice against whoever they play. It almost seems like nobody wants to win the division and have to play Columbus. I know that’s not true, they are pros, but it just looks like that.

As I stated above I prefer the pens not as strong physically and teams like Boston and philly give the isles the fits
