I don't really care who wins, just want to see some intense playoff hockey. The first 2 rounds always seem to have more rivalry-based matchups, I find them more entertaining than even the SCF.
TOR-BOS should be fun
NSH-WPG would be fun
if PIT-WSH meet, that's always fun - Nucker101
You think St L wins the division? I don’t think Nashville will play the Jets this year... |

I meant if/when they eventually play each other if they both take care of their opponents.
But the West has some pretty fun teams to watch anyway since the lower seeds play up-tempo hockey.
The only playoff team in the West that I find boring to watch is Dallas and sometimes the Press can be boring to watch despite their talent. |

I did like Carlo. I am not a draft analyst by any means but when I lock onto a guy I like I stick with them.
My choice if we pick 9 th is Seider. If we pick 1 st Kakko and if we pick third is Byram. I don't want Jack Hughes - VANTEL
I would love Hughe as a prospect, he's still #1 to me and has the best chance out of anyone to become a franchise type player with his skill set, hockey sense and skating.
I've caught up on Byram, I like him too, but I think the hype on him is a little high, like Hughes to me is definitely a tier above Byram.
I do want to look more into the guys all ranked in the 4-15 range and early 2nd round guys. |

No, you have that right. Jake is a bust as a 6th overall selection. He’s more of a Jack Skille now than he is a Rick Nash. - 1970vintage
I would disagree with your washed up assessment and only agree that he shouldn’t have been picked at 6th overall. |

There is not a crowd in there anymore? Maybe Ek banned Whippers IP number and that would eliminate 43 profiles. - VANTEL
Whipper, that’s another. Lol. Yeah he was the Scooby of flame fans. |

Gillis was easily the best gm weve ever had. Had the guts to make moves. We were a dan hamhuis injury away from winning the cup imo. He got results. I remember when we got Booth it was like who the heck is gonna beat this team. Now both ended up sucking but at the time that was a great move. Bad drafting and messing up the goalie thing led to his demise imo - Jkuzzi
I disagree, but that doesn’t surprise me. |

They hype on Byram is high but he is still the best Dman of the draft at first glance .He is also 17 which is still very young. He scored two more assists last night in the first game of the second round.
I've seen Hughes play enough times to form my opinion. I think he is another Heischer which is fine. |

Kasper Rollins was it. Whipper was another. I remember four or five of them as regulars.
Now we have to settle for Redmile. |

I believe Vantel also liked Carlo who’s been a decent 2nd round pick for them.
They still (frank)ed up with those 3 straight 1st rounders to only get DeBrusk out of that is sad, but overall their drafting has been solid. I also think their prospect development is fantastic.
Cassidy is the most underrated coach in the NHL to me. - Nucker101

I think Kaplooy got a lifetime ban if I remember correctly. And yes, he was one of Whipper's alts. |

Funny, I find most on here are more knowledgeable about music then they are on hockey.
Our music conversations are great. |
