Yup quinn is better on powerplay. Edler has value for a few years yet. I defend him cause i dont get the hate for all these guys that took us to within one win on here. Like i get it if they weren’t very good, but Edler is in the top end of his position still. I think he’s got 2-3 in the tank and more importantly wants to be here. I like loyalty and team guys, call me old fashion.

Last off-season I suggested signing Luke Schenn and got lambasted in here, pretty sure people would be alright signing him now.

You have to stop looking at decisions on who or what people want the D to look like as hate. I may have called him a meatball but that is totally related to his inability to make quick decisions. He'll hold the puck on the blue line until a player skates 20 feet towards him then bounce it off his shins... it's common knowledge on any bench to hard pressure Edler when he has the puck. On the PP, the puck has trouble moving forward and he's the biggest culprit. He's only going to get slower and dumber.

I know its not hockey but I want more 3 on 3, at least in OT frank the SO.

I just dont see it. He just played in whichh he had a perfect one-time tee up, sgut down a streaking top line and played solid. Ya he’s slow for 3 v 3. They dont get scored on as much when he’s out there.
