I trying my best to decipher it. Metaphysically, literally, existentially it just doesn’t make sense. |

It means Benning has finally found the proper complimentary players to play with Eriksson. Pearson is the 🔑. |

you assume right. I don't think they make the playoffs, and I would hope that the entire western conference improves a little over how bad they were this year. It will be really interesting to see what happens over the summer. - Codes1087
We were 4-5 wins away from the playoffs. That could be made up . I think it will be close next year depending on what happens this year. I do think we will have a better D and score more. |

I think our D will be significantly better. DP and gudbranson out is a huge addition by subtraction, and adding in Hughes is big. Sautner and Schenn are capable replacements until others arrive, and maybe Rafferty impresses. Lots of questions going into camp. I do expect the entire west to improve as well though (minus that dump Oilers team) |

Three hits of purple micro dot might do it. This one's baffling, indeed. |

But I thought Eriksson was the key to extending the twins careers.
This is all very confusing. |

Some of the West teams will need to make changes and won't have cap space.
I don't think Ana LA SJ Nash Chi Wpg Minny Edm or Dallas will trend up. |

Leivo EP Nylander
Pearson Bo Boeser
Rousell Gaudette JV
Motte Beagle Schaller
???
Edler Stecher
Hughes Myers
OJ Schenn

Marky
Demko
Trade Sutter, Sven, Tanev, Hutton, Goldy.
Lowball for Nylander (after the Leafs are bounced in the 1st round) and take on salary. eg Tanev, Sven, Hutton and Dipietro for Nylander...can we take Horton's IR?
Sign Myers.

We talked at the beginning of the year how minus the Sedins defensive lapses it should translate to 4-5 more wins in regulation...and it did. And how the team improved it's 5/5 play.
Another 5 wins in regulation next year are achievable but will it be enough for the WC?
Tough call as I can't see the west be that weak again next year in some regards.

Some teams in the West are going to have to get creative. Teams are getting older and have some bad contracts that they will have hard time dumping.

There’s five teams, including Vancouver, who could get into the West wildcard spot with four or five more wins. Easier said than done without knowing what transpires this summer. |

Arizona Good Shape

Chicago Old and Cap Hell
Like I said the teams in Cap Hell will need to get creative which usually means losing assets |

He should help the Comets next year as a morale leader.

The same thing can be said about the forward group. The guy you are drafting at 5 th probably would have been 15 th last year. - VANTEL
Yeah... Don’t agree with that at all. |

The ship has sailed, it was a bad deal, we move on. Create another roster spot and roll with the kids again. |

All those teams are capable of four or five more wins. Edmonton had 100 points two years ago with the same lineup but better goaltending. Anaheim had the most injuries of any team in the league. Arizona as well.
If the Canucks goaltending isn’t as good next year, like Minnesota’s this year, we’ll be outside looking in unless there’s some major additions. I don’t have faith in this management group in that regard. |

Connor McDavid left Edmonton's season finale with a left leg injury as the Oilers beat the Calgary Flames 3-1 on Saturday. The Oilers said afterward that X-rays on McDavid's left leg came back negative. He was scheduled to return to Edmonton on Saturday before having an MRI.
Does this mean he doesn't have a leg? |
