Yeah pretty much the same reason Kessel had issues with the Toronto and Boston fanbase right? I mean I agree, i saw him play 21 times this year. Always the same conclusion: highly skilled player with a lack of implication. Floats too often on the ice. But except Domi, there isn't a single player as exciting and talented on this team. So my point is, he is the exact same player we acquired from TB and the same that was drafted when playing with Halifax; so surround him properly, live with his mistakes instead of putting him on the 3rd with 12 mins of ice time a game. He will give you 65 pts year in, year out.

Hes never had more than 53 so assuming he'll put up 65 every year is a bit much...

He is the same player that was drafted 3rd overall, the same player they traded for, which happens to be the same player I disliked then... seeing more of him is not gonna change my opinion of him... and it's alright if you find it acceptable that he floats most of the time but not many teams win championships with floaters in their top 6.
