not to be a Debbie Downer but Vanek has not scored 25 since 2013-2014 when he played for three team, Buffalo, Islanders and Montreal.

Neither Pommer or Vanek will score you 25 from a 3 line roll playing 8-10 mins a night. Now I do agree with you that he would be better in shootouts...
