Yeah I could see him maintaining an elite level especially since he has 2 legit reasons for his improved numbers, the other being the Isles do have a good group of young defensemen and Buffalo...had some holes there. I'm always skeptical with goalies. I'm just starting to trust Murray and honestly that was getting shaky at the start of the year.

In other news, Ek had the Flyers making the playoffs...all they needed to do was win out for 6 games and have one of Columbus or Carolina lost out for 6 games.

Goalies are definitely a bit of a wild card position. Very few goalies are consistently good. Hopefully Lehner’s next contract if it’s with us takes that into account. Guy falls off the wagon he’s right back to his Sabres days. Going to be interesting to see how he responds to the playoffs. He has played really well in “big games” in season to whatever level a game could be considered big during the season.
