Van can draft another version of Goldy this year in Pavel Dorofeyev and train him properly from the start.

In case you are wondering Dahlen wasn't "better" in SJ AHL. 4 asst in 7 games and a -3. If you weren't wondering that's okay too.

Of course if we can upgrade on players you should (to a point/cost) – I'm just saying that he can play there, and we don't need to jettison him to create another hole/have that spot filled in the intermediate by a lesser player.

I'm ok keeping a healthy Baertchi for 3L minutes. But eventually we'll need to move on. Focus on solidifying that top 6 and move from there. Baertchi can fill in with injuries and such but long term we don't want him logging 2L minutes.

Here is a great idea, why don’t we make our picks in the summer and do jack sh!t during UFA season! Maybe upgrade Hutton. That’s it! Next years draft is stacked and maybe we will get some luck. Next year we will be in a position to augment our new core. Playoffs 2021 ❤️❤️❤️🎉

they should improve their defense either by trade or ufa player. and then another 1 or 2 signings for top 6.

the team was only a few wins away from the playoffs this year. take away the close games and injuries and they are a playoff team.

make the playoffs and anything can happen. keep the momentum going from this season!
