Rangers having one of the best players in the league for 3 years at the entry level contract before he makes real money is just gonna be gold
- jimbro83

Then they’ll bridge him and all will be right in the world.

Enough of the “don’t want Hughes” comments. Kid is a stud. Watch the tape. There’s a reason he’s been touted as the best player in this draft for a while.

Edit: not directed at you Jimbo😂

A lot of people think Kravs was one of the best picks in that draft. Did we finally figure out how to do the draft!?

More on why Gorton used Steven McDonald's shield as the good luck charm:

I went fishing. Had the best 1 1/2 of fishing in years and then came home to this. I’m skipping the draft lottery every year. Finally some damn luck!

And now I have to reluctantly root for Pittsburgh but I’ll root for anyone to beat those bastids on LI. Hoping Sid gets the calls like he usually does and 8 PPs per game for the Pens.

#2 pick overall boys!!!

If only Henrik could retire to a VP of whatever, Shesty and Georgie in a tandem, trading that 'next year elite' Kreider, getting Zuke back for his 4th 'I love NYR' contract and a "C", sign one or two of Panarin and/ or Karlsson. Game on

Is the Avs pick at 4 in play now? I’m feeling greedy and want Byram too

his foot problem bothers me - Forsberg(!) - but he's one of my all time favorite players... his skating is '2nd to none'.

Only matters if you put the right team around him. Oilers learned the hard way how to waste an entire ELC with generational player.

Realistically, how many seasons does Hank have? I would love to see him take one more shot at getting a Cup.

right now, I think Georgiev is a better goalie than Lundqvist

maybe the additions of Kakko, Kravtsov and maybe Panarin will get Hank's motor running again, but it's very close to time for him to get out of the way
