Sheif has a right to be there, it's not blue paint. If they call it right it's not a penalty. If they don't call it the refs will have a long night with two angry teams.

None of us Blues fans whined when Hull did it to Belfour a few decades ago. New game now. That is and should be a penalty by new NHL standards. Eddy and Bortz sitting late in a game? No problem with it. They needed the tying goal and I don't think much comes offensively enough on a consistent basis to warrant ice time for then at that time. Petro Dunn Bow and Parayko all move the puck substantially better

Kind of have a different take on the game than most. To me it seemed the Blues were content to play down to the level of te Jets or allow them to come out fast and heavy and take it to us. The 3rd I thought we saw how the Blues could play. Maybe they were conserving their energy cause it was game 1 on the road? Or was it the Blues playing down to their opponents level? Jets offense comes from the rush. Blues could have played better. Maybe that another reason the 3rd d pairing didn't see time late in the 3rd. Binnington played great and so did Hellybuck. Great chances both ways
