Fourth line looked great as well. I was a little critical of Brown's inability to forecheck a few weeks ago when I watched him live in Edmonton. He had a great game tonight.

Moore and Brown were fast and tenacious the B's fourth line looked totally overmatched.

Kind of feel bad for Ennis who really played well all season long but is on the outside looking in.

Moore is a depth beauty.

Brown may be traded for cap reasons but I think he's a prime example of how we let cap hits skew our perceptions of a players performance. Yes value is important but if Brown was playing at Moore's cap hit I wonder if people would also think his game was more impressive.

Also can Hainsey, Zaitsev and Muzzin get some love tonight? Only a few minor gaffes from Muzz-Z.

Absolutely rock solid game from Hainsey. 20+ for all four.

Dermott may get a little more ice as the series progresses but it wasn't long with Rielly before Hainsey was anchored there again.

I think Hainsey re-signs for another year next year cheap.

I've gotta be honest, I was screaming at him for their PP goal where he was as stationary as a rock too, but after that he mostly did the job quietly.

Muzzin definitely seems the bring the best out of Z. I still think we move on from Z this summer, but they're at least capable out there.

I thought the Leafs did a good job keeping the crowd out of it. It was not as high intensity and physical as I expected, I think partly because the Leafs were forcing turnovers with speed and didn't give the Bruins a chance to hammer them and build momentum that way. The speed and matchup depth seemed to work, and Andersen won the goalie battle. Perfect script for the Leafs, but we'll see how the Bruins push back in the next game.

As far as the defense goes, there's nobody on the team better at absorbing pressure/hits and still making the right play - he's great at lots of sneaky last minute passes where the forechecker has already bitten hard on him having the puck
