You should get shower curtains made of those images! |

You would pass on him at 10? - thundachunk
Yup, easy pass for me. Doesn’t possess what I value in an early (or even mid) first round pick. He’s a pure head-down beer league hero-rush guy. Pre-meditated dangles that work at some levels - won’t work in the NHL IMO. We need top 6 collaborative talents... Guys who complete lines (Jerry Maguire/Dorothy Boyd style). |

So far Matthew Boldy is a kid I like at 10, but I need to do more research. |

He's got a few other videos of top prospects. Worth a look. |

Would be pumped to get him... If Zegras or Boldy are there, we shouldn’t be on the clock for long. |

Zegras would complete Petey and Boeser. Electric skill and play making for two shooters.
Boldy could complete Pearson and Horvat. Puck Possession and ability to finish. Could be the next 70's type line |

Zegras/Boldy both complete EP/Boeser. The reason Zegras would be my preference is IF we manage to complete that line before he arrives, he could center a 1B line as EP-lite.
One day soon, Madden will complete the Pearson/Bo line. |

Can you read? Go look at the 2nd post and read the entire thing. - manvanfan
You were going off about Foote and how we should draft him yesterday, not to mention started this blog with a link to how well he performed. Don’t really see what you mean... yes i can read. I read a bunch of posts of you loving Foote and a few agreed. He’s a bad forst round pick. Period. |

Arthur kayliev at 10? - Bettmanhatesus
With those kinds of numbers, there has to be a reason why his rankings are all over the place. 51g51a is pretty good for a draft year. Players with size would often be ranked in the top 10 with those numbers. |

I like this guy, found him before the last draft. Pretty thorough and lots of tape to illistrate his opinions. |

I dont hate it. Seems like arguably the best wrister in the draft. Many on here don’t like muskies but man can the kid shoot. Also, he’s american for the record and plays ohl. A lot to like. |

I've never even mentioned Foote
Until I copy and pasted that tweet today, not a single mention of Foote by me since maybe 2017 when he was a projected high pick in 2019 |

That's fair. I disagree with the head down beer league part because I think he plays a reckless style of skate wide with the speed type of game. The pre-meditated dangles I will concede yes. |

High IQ players like EP want to play with other high IQ players. Collaborative talents. Not leaching talents. Podkolzin is a line leach. He’s not there to create space for others & control the puck on a string with with his linemates... He’s there to get fed & bullrush the opponent with moves most pro D could handle pretty easily. It’s not like he has the elite speed to pull that sh!t off against top level defenders. |
