Never been a huge Cooper fan. Some of the blame has to fall on Stamkos and Kucherov as well though, they've gone invisible just like last year against Washington.

Hey, I'm not trolling here..I'm just dumbfounded by Cooper's arrogance. Torts got Jackets rocking it. Tampa just seems entitled and that falls on coaches shoulders for not having them prepared, not to mention not resting guys in last month of regular season...

Comeback this game and it's a new series though. Good luck man

Sadly it was to late. I don't understand why you would wait until you're down 0-2 in the third period of a series that you're down 0-2 in to start playing with some urgency. If the Lightning want any chance of coming back in the series they need to play like they did in that third period for an entire game, for the rest of the series.

If they do end up losing the series, they need to make some changes for next season. Decide whether or not you're sticking with Cooper (please get a new coach), cut loose Stralman, Girardi, and Coburn, and retool the top nine by trading some of Johnson, Palat, Killorn, etc.

Columbus was sitting back in the third protecting the lead - only reason it looked like the Lightning were competent. Its been that bad.

It is unbelievable to see how inept Cooper is at adjusting. They had a month or more to prepare for playing against neutral zone traps. Everyone knew thats how the opposing team was going to play except Cooper. I have never been a Cooper fan or hater but its obvious that this team needs a new voice - but who is available? And they did just sign him to a deal but maybe they had an out clause.

Also, Vasy is a good goalie but Columbus has found his weakness and that is high blocker side. It will be interesting to see if this is something he can correct in the next few years as he is still so young.

No heart what so ever to go along with the try to fit a square peg into a circle method leads to this.

Does Columbus put the 2018-2019 Lightning out of their misery on Tuesday? For us fans that might be the best thing.

They have shown they can jump up a gear in past years but they haven't shown they can beat a neutral zone trap. Really comes down to that, they are lost out there in the neutral zone and the coach isn't adjusting.

It's all because of Bolts91's awful karma if you ask me.
