Leclerc is solid. They need to split up the mercs on the first lap or they're (frank)ed. Vettel needs to get his head out of his ass too.

So one of two things needs to happen. We need to score in the top 10, or we need to have a goals against in the top 10. The team lacks an identity. We don’t score enough and we give up too many goals. Something needs to change or else I’m already scouting top 10 picks for next year.

I don’t want us going after ANY of the UFAs out there

And i don’t wanna overpay mid-tier guys just to “replace” Skinner’s lost goals
