Yes among other things, and the best play would have been to let it go. Unfortunately there were no calls until Muzzin got hit and cut. That was a head shot and there was blood evidence. How many games does Kadri get if he hits and cuts a Bruin the way Pasta did?

We still have a shot in the series, so I'm not concerned yet, but we weren't exactly complaining like this last year, to be fair.
This was one of the worst displays of refereeing I've ever watched in hockey before, and a lot of people are saying the same. Would Boston still have won if they played the same style but cleaner? Probably. Doesn't change the fact the refs (frank)ed the dog royally.
Hard to find a way to counter a style like that knowing if the exact same game unfolded with the jerseys reversed, TO would have racked up 50 penalty minutes.

Literally no one is whining about the loss. Most accepted that the Leafs didn't deserve to win. Doesn't mean the officiating wasn't a poopshow.
