Too old for shame. Once I get into one I just keep going, but if I drink a 12 pack of beer on a saturday night I'll still feel like poop on Monday morning when I have to go to work, so drinking a 12 pack of radler is like drinking a 6 pack of beer. The hangover isn't worth doing nothing at home. A special occasion is a different story.

Nah toughness is still part of the game, but the staged fighting, carrying a goon who is only good at fighting and plays 1-2 minutes at best a game, those days are gone.

You need guys who will hit and grind and battle, you don't need the heavy penalty taking knuckle chuckers.

Now you do need good skating to be physical as well. It's just changed a lot. I thought Johnsson was a great example in game 1 of present day physicality.
