Housley was given Smith. He then scored, was demoted to the 4th line, was scratched, and then demoted to the A. That's on Phil, not Botterill.
TT will have plenty of time to marinade in the A for the rest of his career. Lest we forget, he played in STL in the bigs last year - jcragcrumple
You know he’s on the roster opening night next year, right?
He’s a guy they traded for. He’s gonna get multiple more chances |

If he fills out a bit and works on his defensive game, he could be a solid 3rd line, PP2 guy with 15ish goals. I'm interested to see what he does with the off-season, but I'm not counting on anything from him right now. You cant teach his reach, though |

Tage was rushed in STL, and not properly developed here. He has good hands and a great shot. He needs to add 15-20 pounds and get more meaningful professional experience. I still believe he’ll be a meaningful top 9 FWD here with us and can be a 20 goal scorer on the wing once we have an established centre for him to play with. |

Yeah I think that’s probably what he will be, but I just thought you meant he will never see the NHL again. Whether he works out or not he’s gonna get more chances |

That's a bit of a stretch. He has a great curl and drag that allows him to build power through the compression in his stick, and when he delivers it above the pad and below the blocker, it's deadly. When he doesn't have the time and space to use the curl-and-drag, he's inaccurate and ineffective. He needs to work on his shooting repetoire, not to mention his d game |

I have major doubts as to whether he can get his d game to an acceptable level to have him occupy that 3rd line/PP2 role. Hopefully Taylor teaches him to use his reach. It could really carve him out a nice career if he figures it out |

He has been teeing off on the PP for his last few goals. Left wall one timer's like his goal against Detroit this season. |

His biggest problem is his weight. He is tall but he is probably the weakest player on the team. Once he builds strength and won't get knocked off the puck every time he gets breathed on he will be able to utilize his reach and shot more efficiently. |

Carey Price in 2007 after finishing his season in juniors played in the last two games for the Habs affiliate and then when on to win the Calder. Same with Patrick Roy in 1985. Would be nice for UPL to get the reigns. |

Kucherov has 1 point in his last 6 playoff games.
Stammer has 0 points and only one shot almost 8 periods into this series.
Stamkos has to be the biggest choke artist in NHL history. |

I got a Boston vs Washington ECF. I also had a Jets vs Golden Knights WCF though and Binnington is going to ruin that one for me. |

I loved that their gm went for it, and became a fan because of it. Huge balls knowing they can walk, when you already know your best player and goalie are probably walking.
If everyone leaves in free agency i am going to feel bad for their fans |
