they made it a focal point where asplund and olofsson were playing pk as well as pp the second half of the season to prep them more for nhl



but those 2 are players they need to play in the top 9, not 4th line

oregan and smith IMO could play the 4th line and move up for a stretch if needed this fall, but again we already have girgens, larry, sobotka okposo and wilson

I think that MOST of what they’ve done, especially with the GMs, has been widely agreed with on here

I think i only remember a couple ppl p!ssed about Botts-
1 was bc he had concussions 10years ago or something crazy like that (don’t even remember who that was)
Another was Mr. “Raw Deal” who i think loved GMTM so much that he’d have hated anyone we hired

Well let’s just say line4 has Larsson & Okposo locked in

I guess u could play Smith in that LW spot
But i wouldn’t want any of the other kids there
Girgs played pretty well this year defensively
And if not Girgs, then I’d still pick E Rod in that role over the kids

We aren’t gonna go with a “4 scoring lines” setup

The young talent is here. The dead weight is being shed. Its no time for tanking anymore. They won two games i wanted them to lose, which cost them(maybe?) another 1st overall. Then slid 2 spots out of the top 5.

For what? The sabres lost at losing and its exhausting. Id much rather miss the playoffs by 1 point for the next 5 years
