Before even reading the blog I’m sure you can all imagine that I’m disappointed that the D pairings aren’t changing. Whether Maatta comes in or you split up the top guys - what we’ve had has looked so bad. I don’t see any reason to run the same guys in the same spots again. Tampa looks like ya in the D zone. Lost in coverage all over. They make a change and find a spark. Sometimes it literally is that simple. Is that simple now? No, we know it’s also how we’ve been playing. Still feels like a bummer

Wow, I can't believe we are blaming JJ who averages 15 minutes a game for the Pens being down 0-3, with Letang and Dumolin looking like dog poop, and shultz leaving everyone out to hang. What is happening the other 45 mins? Letang is providing no offense for Crosby, and is making 7 plus million, I would rather having Ron F'n Hainsey back there. Enough with the JJ hate, blame the other players playing the other 45 minutes and making 8 plus million...
PS: I'm no JJ supporter but I get tired of RW and everyone who drinks the cool aid that he is to blame for all of the Pens deficiencies...

Something I noticed in game 1 and never mentioned that I think you all should take note of: when the Islander forwards get the puck on the breakout they’re always moving their feet. When ours do... they stop moving their feet like QBs. That is not playoff hockey. Watch for it

What's the upside of this bet for you? Never go to Vegas.

Have we ever seen Letang worse in the playoffs? How about Dumoulin? Both have low grades in my eyes for this series, although most guys do but I expected a lot more here
