Have we ever seen Letang worse in the playoffs? How about Dumoulin? Both have low grades in my eyes for this series, although most guys do but I expected a lot more here

At the very least we are playing better than Games 2 & 3 and a bad blue line play ends up in the back of our net. At this point, our defensemen are just gonna be knuckleheads and there's no remedy for it, but at least with the way we're playing tonight we have a better shot and getting them back.

I would argue that this year is much worse. It’s not just one play here or there. Questionable decisions all over

Our forecheck has been awful though. The Aisles get the puck up and out way too easily and it’s all the time. When they pass to someone in the neutral zone we have nobody to take his angle. It’s like all 5 guys are constantly watching the puck

Like look at that zone entry by Malkin. Their forward angled him straight to the boards and made it so easy on their D. That is absolutely missing from our game. That was Barzal with the angle btw
