Mayfield with the play of the game on Kessel. Not much else to really worry about. Tell me a proper coaching staff doesn’t mean poop. They bought in, Pittsburgh never gets comfy, doesn’t get many shots from the front of the paint, a lot of Lehner’s saves are easier to make.

I love Eberle. I’ve loved and rooted for him since the day he was drafted. But unless he takes a sweetheart deal, I’d rather see the coin needed to sign him used elsewhere.

Yes, of course it depends on his salary demands. But if he can play effectively in Barry's system, both defensively and offensively, why not consider him for a job? Again, let's see how he performs in Round 2.

Before the series started the penguins blogger said in the NHL playoffs the best team doesn’t always win. Maybe he was wrong in this series and the better TEAM did prevail .

Trotz is a great dude. Love to see any team he coaches win. Also can't wait to see how Tanner eventually tries to spin this all off as luck and unsustainable goaltending.

I said before that series began that CBJ had the talent to make it an interesting series. I just didn't think they could make it a boring series in their favor.
