Garth basically is micro-managing his kids PAL hockey team these days. Has literally nada to do with the Isles.

As bad as Garth was as a GM it was MOSTLY for not getting a real coach and signing all his Maine buddies as coaches and players. His trades were hit or miss like most GM's and his drafts were some good and some bad. His inability to see when He messed up and accept that is why everyone hates him. He has some incredible quotes over the years that will live in infamy.

Yeah, but there's often language in the sales contract that requires the seller to manage the business in good faith and avoid any acts which would tend to diminish the value of the assets. Maybe your Uber connections can get us a copy of the contract of sale.
