Yeah that sucks but Hickey is a pretty adequate replacement. I hope they call up Aho in case we play the Canes, so we can have a potential Sebastian Aho vs. Sebastian Aho match-up

if you are listening on the radio and two players with the same name are opposing one another that's a tough one

If Carolina amazingly wins the cup, imagine How JVR will feel that his younger less talented brother will have 2 rings

If WPG loses that pick can be #16 depending on who else gets bounced. If COL DAL VGK CAR all win their series we get #16. For each of those that lose the pick would drop 1 spot until pick #20.

Not how it works. The only picks that are determined based on playoff results are 31 - Cup Champs, 30 - Cup Finalists and 29 and 28 to the Conference finalists. Picks 27 onwards are determined purely by regular season standings.

The only way the Jets pick is not 22nd overall is if one any of Carolina, St. Louis, Columbus, Vegas or Colorado make at least the conference final, in which case they would drop one spot for every team that does.

Best case scenario, 4 of those 5 teams make it to the conference finals (unlikely, but possible) and the Jets pick is 18th overall.

Yeah I'm just basing it on being a younger brother. I would throw that poop in my older brothers face every day

You can rule anything out.

He could also be announcing the opening of his brand new organic lettuce farm.

Maybe he’s going to announce he’s opening a chain of fried chicken restaurants!

I don't care that Caufield is 5'7. This kid is gonna score A LOT of goals. Another one on the day.

Lucky Peyton won that 2nd chip, or Eli would have all the bragging rights.

The more I see him, the more I agree with you in that he might be the most dynamic player in the draft. I don't think it's a stretch to say if he was 6 foot, he could go in the top 2 easily.

Up to 63 on the season. Isn't Gaudreau only slightly taller than that?
