Its so funny too because Peyton overall is so much better. Eli was just amazing during big games

I'll give him the pass to Manningham in the 2nd, but between the Tyree catch and Brady somehow missing a wide open Welker to ice the game, Eli has about 5 horseshoes up his butt

The more I see him, the more I agree with you in that he might be the most dynamic player in the draft. I don't think it's a stretch to say if he was 6 foot, he could go in the top 2 easily.

With multiple picks, could see New York trading up to select him. High risk pick but high reward.

Up to 63 on the season. Isn't Gaudreau only slightly taller than that?

It's not a high risk IMO than really anyone else. I just don't think he is slipping out of the top 10. The cost to trade up for him might be prohibitive.

Well I mean Caufield is listed at 5'7" on the same website so wouldn't he be standing on the same barber's chair?

Let him mature in college, playing on team with K'Andre Miller. Works for me

Maybe, but then wouldn't Caufield's height be fudged too? Doube-fudge-negative cancels out and now I want some double fudge cookies

Very true, just meant there is still a height bias to a certain extent in the league. But talent is talent and the crackdown on clutching and grabbing has made a smaller player hopefully be evaluated on similar plane as one taller.

Hey I'm in agreement with you guys. DeBrincat scored 40 this year so I'm not afraid to take a little dude that can deposit the puck. I thought I remembered Corey Pronman saying in one of his Q&A's that people shouldn't compare him to DeBrincat too much because his skating isn't as good. But still, if the kid can eventually put up 30-30-60 he's worth a mid-first pick easily.

I'm with you, I just don't think he makes it that far. If he doesn't go top 10, in theory isn't he a perfect fit for AV at 11? It's just why I think the Rangers getting him is out of the question. It would cost a ton to move up to even the 10th pick, and that is if he isn't done rising.
