It certainly would have been a poopshow, but it would have been in line with other poopshow calls of that nature.

I don't like the rule. Something like that should not be called, but often it is.

Yeah. I wasn't sure how much time was left when it was automatically reviewed. I knew they reviewed goals automatically after 'x' . . .I don't know what 'x' is.

To be honest, that specific team never saw success. Years later, there was some roster churn and a few people left and were replaced by better, but also fun players. There was some decent success then. But for years that team was like the Bad News Bears without the redemption story!
