It was close to offside for sure. The one point about the Matthews goal that I haven't seen discussed is - did Rask have ANY chance of stopping that shot? The marginal contact seemed to be virtually simultaneous with that bullet of a shot that Rask had no hope of stopping.

I don't think the goalie interference was that bad, or bad enough to warrant revoking the call on the ice.

The offside looked to be valid though; seeing how slowly the puck crossed the blueline.
