First of all if you had ROR your team would be a lot tougher. Secondly it would be stupid to bring in ROR and Pouliot Hutton Biega.
I don't think anyone here thinks this team is one move away but some of us may think we are three moves away from moving up to the next tier. - VANTEL
Agreed it's around 2-3 moves depending on how the draft goes this season.
If we roll with the same roster we'll be around 20-21 IMO.
If we make a few improvements/additions it 'could' put us in a position to flirt with the WC spot.
I'm not expecting playoffs next year but the year after playoffs will be expected by ownership that I can guarantee you. Petey, Boeser, Hughes, Demko, and few others will have enough seasoning in to make a push.
But we for sure need a healthy RHD and a top 6 winger for Bo. How we achieve that remains to be seen. |

I wonder if we could get Dowd for Beagle and a 3rd if we retained half of Beagle’s salary in the off season.
Sick penalty shot goal last night! |

The draft will help us in about 2-3 years I think. I can see a couple of moves that would have an impact next year and for a few years to come. I really think it would be a good idea to pick up another top 6 center by trade or UFA

JB said he wants to find a UFA winger. Who is out there he is eyeing idk. The RHD is a tough nut to crack. Collectively we should grow & be better if only injuries are not filling the infirmary.

For that my eye is on Hayes if we can fit in the cap ok. Could also play him on the wing if needed. |

RHD
Under 30
Puck mover and good on the PP
Can shoot the puck
Obviously has size
Comes from a winning team
Has played top pairing minutes in the past so 2nd pairing should be easy
All he costs is money, not picks/prospects |

Not sold on Myers but would love to have Ferland here. I think he fits in with the kids and brings exactly what this team needs. Just gonna have to pay him. |

The priority should be a winger for Bo. Period. |

That’s my priority given the UFA market.
I like to see Hughes play some RHD to see how he does. Edler Hughes i like. |
