Dubas is gonna give him next year IMO. He's too patient to throw him away after one poop season where he came in cold and never got on track. We'll see. I'm hoping he turns into a player worth keeping.

disagree, for the most part. refs let almost everything go that they could. Saw a bad call for each team, but the refs didnt make a difference in the game. Anderson made some pretty sick stops too. kid has some meat.

For as badly as we played in the first 30 minutes, at least we were still in the game till the end. Kinda wish we were in total control of the puck before we pulled Freddy . Didn't have the real desire to win that one from the start. At least nobody has won two in a row. Hope it continues in Boston. Regroup and bring what we do best. A bit of good news. Marlies won again. Playing really well for a team that turned in on at 3/4 mark of season. Go Leafs in 7 !

If anything, let him have a good year and then trade his ass. Makes it seem like you held to your public statement if retaining him seem more fair by waiting and you might get a much better haul by waiting for him to rebound.
