Seriously, there are tons of stats out there google it yourself. Why don’t you show me where Shiefele did play against the top line and Lowry didn’t.
You realize for all your points there are equal amount of the opposite. Like strome and Makar getting to play with talent and developing. Well these players were given chances and were also high picks, crouse, sprong, yakapov, Fiala, Perlini, why were they all traded and not developed properly? Is that on Maurice? I could list 1000 more.

Ross, I think it's best you discover this stat for yourself. I can take a horse to water but can't necessarily force the horse to drink it, regardless of how much I think the horse would benefit from it.

Just saying Lowry plays against the other teams best as much as 55 if not more. If you disagree, again, prove it.

Most underrated Jet - Copp
Biggest 50/50 spilt by fans - tie Trouba and Myers
Most over paid -today Kulikov followed by little 2 years from
Now, wheeler and its not close.

Here we go - if I can re-sign Tanev & Copp to contracts that - combined with Lowry's $2.9M - and keep the total under 9% or 10% of my cap -> I am jumping at it and playing these guys together next season ... for the life of me - can't understand how people don't see this as a HUGE win for our line-up

Troubs is going, Perrault and Little's contracts are looking outa place, and Kuli's is now a gross overpay ... gotta find a way to re-sign at least one of Chariot / Beaulieu ... no reason in my books to retain Hayes at what will be an overpay ... I'd keep Myers but not at $5.5M

I'm locking up Connor for - what's max term ? - 8 years and bridging Laine for 2

And then I'm going shopping ... 25 FA's on our roster right now so there's gonna be a lot of juggling ... and I'm still on 2C ... and - a gritty in-your-kitchen Dman that takes no sh_t

Every time Copp plays Center we all agree his line is one of the best lines, case in point last three games of regular season Copp Perreault and Roslovic was our best line. I just think we are wasting Copp on the wing. The anylitics prove beyond a shadow of doubt that, yes the TLC line is excellent but Tanev away from Lowry and or Copp is a nightmare. I’m confident Lowry can excel in a line without those two. I’m also confident Tanev can not.
I realize littles deal is not the best but if him and wheeler are both jets for the next 5 years it will be Wheeler’s deal that is worse for the last three of those contracts. Book it.

We can’t assume we need a Center to produce huge numbers to have a good line. Our top line all put up great numbers but got outplayed almost every night. If Copp and Lowry in any order were our 2c and 3c and there lines scored more goals than they allowed every game, is that not a win? Would that not be a good thing?

The goal is to win, we can’t get caught up in a “name” to play 2c. Who cares if we bring in a big time point producing 2c but he plays crappy in our end and gives up as many goals as he scores. I don’t get why everyone assumes Copp and Lowry can not play 2c?
