the entire nonsense doesn't happen if the officials call Debrusk for at a minimum a trip or imagine if they actually had the balls to call it correctly - and throw the book at Debrusk for a cheap knee on knee hit.

this would be more of concern if the circumstances surrounding the suspension and absolute bullpoop that proceeded it weren't so carefully "curated" by the quality of NHL officiating and their abhorrent lack of judgement.

Yep, no other series has people pouring over all the coaching decisions of one guy, no other coach is scrutinized anywhere close to the same degree. Leaf fans do it because they're tweakers and can't accept that just because you have a good team now you don't automatically win, so it must be the coaches fault. Other fans have adopted this special expertise on Mike Babcock since he came to Toronto.

You probably don't know who Johnnypie is which is a small hint of my favorite team. Those are the players I'd like to not see again next season and I will add the coach and GM to that too...but we know thats not happening, at least not right away as far as the coach is concerned.
