That's probably 2 1/2hours maybe 3 in for you ? Takes me 2:15 to get to G.W. from Binghamton. I love Saratoga used to go the all the time for youth hockey and play in that old rink with the fireplace in the warming room. Also ate at the old firehouse restaurant in the city.

Yea, closer to 3. That old rink is no longer there, I spent many hours there. They knocked it down and cant build on the site bc of pcb's in the ground That restaurant was my best friends Dad/uncles place. I worked there in HS. Pretty funny you mention it. Have you been to Saratoga recently? It's really different than when the old firehouse was there...

The last time I was up there was 2001 for a Tom petty concert at spac if i recall that's right by the state golf course. Small world that restuarant it was right before a fork to the right I think, used to come up through Amsterdam and ballston spa and passed it on way to rink
