I was diagnosed with it over 20 years ago, mostly just affected my fingers and toes. Then, about 5 years ago it went super nova. It's been challenging.

Personally I’m just curious as to how much the lemon helps, aside from making the water more enjoyable. Warm water is easier to drink and probably helps draw out the lemon flavour.

The wife does 1/2 a lemon in warm water 1st thing every morning too.
Supposed to help with hydration and digestion?

That's how I look at it.

Bath salts have been tempting on occasion but usually resort to some cannabis and vodka. I've warned Mrs. Marwood that next visit to the west side of the island will include an acid day. Good blotter, Margaritas & beach bocce!

Sometimes conditions like that are reflective on what’s going on in the mind. Get rid of any negative thoughts that might manifest in your body. Eg:self hatred? Bitterness etc.

The Parity Playoffs

It keeps me hydrated and starts my day off right. If I don't have it every morning I don't feel right. The main reason though is I used to have really bad psoriasis on my legs and after 6 weeks of consistently taking it inflammation was way down and it started going away. After 3 months my psoriasis was almost completely gone and has never come back. I have done it everyday pretty much since 2012. I have not even had so much as a flare up.

Really? I have psoriasis on my knees and it can get bad during winter. Go to light therapy which works great but can’t do that forever or I’ll look like a catchers mitt.
