Yes, they were the top pair during the late 90s.

We could talk about how many games Brad Marchand won't be suspended.

The game had passed him by when he got to Philly, you couldn't get away with nearly as much as you could pre-lockout. But man, during his time in Dallas, he was arguably the toughest/meanest defender in the NHL along with Pronger and Chara.
