Yeah, I think Hunter would be better despite Holland being the more established guy obviously. Edmonton's in a tough spot now (their own doing) where fans want a huge name, yet no one wants the job unless they get an crazy amount of $.

Hunter made it clear if he gets the job, he wants to be in charge. The Oilers let Chiapet be the President and GM, who answers to four other "advisers." Sounds like exactly the opposite of what he said he wants (in public).

Doesn't Holland have full autonomy now of Hockey Operations in Edm now? Pretty sure he will assess all of the parts and make "adjustments" throughout the off-season (and beyond).
