I liked what Ennis brought to the table this year. Realistically, since he'd be a decent third liner, he gave the fourth line an advantage. He probably gets a raise, and moves on - which I think was the sole purpose of this contract for him and the Leafs anyway.

Given that you have Moore, Engvall, Korshkov, Marchment, Bracco, Timashov and Mikheyev all vying for positions and EL rates, it spells the end of Ennis here.

The Europeans they sign almost always make the team and almost always play at least half the season, if not the whole season.

If he's been a RW his whole life, throwing him on the LW is forcing him to make two big adjustments at once. Doubt they do that.

I don't see Bracco having much luck in the NHL. He's small and he's an offense first type player. So unless he gets top-six minutes and PP time (he won't), he's not going to do much in the bottom six but struggle.
