Sure, Tkachuk is better on the PP and racking up those secondary assists with Johnny Hockey and Monahan.

Maybe if Rodrigues buried a few goals while Skinner was on his line or the Sabres PP was better his point totals would look better.

Had 23 assists too. 63 points playing with a superstar in the NHL. He averages 30 goals a year, no different then JVR, Pacioretty, Hoffman who we also could of acquired this year. He is a small upgrade from E.Kane and that is the honest truth.

We watched Kane here for 3 years fail to gain any chemistry with Eichel and go from line to line ruining chances and taking penalties

While it's probably legal, the league would almost certainly take issue with it.

Last two years Skinner has 46 ES goals to Tkachuk's 28. I agree Tkachuk is better but it's really only because Tkachuk is slightly above average defensively and Skinner is what most one dimensional forwards are, bad.

But the fact of the matter is Skinner was top 3 in goals until Eichel got hurt and he messed up his ankle.

Hes top 3 in 5 on 5 goals over the past three seasons.

It’s a must he’s kept
